The small print
Simple, transparent terms for shopping with Voyaras in the UK.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, depending on the wording of your order confirmation. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken for that order.
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images and prices accurately. Screen colours and packaging can vary. All orders are subject to availability. We may correct genuine errors and will contact you where a correction affects an order already placed.
Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, including applicable taxes where stated. Any delivery charge is shown before you place the order. Payment must be authorised using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Our current delivery area is the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimates are set out at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by law.
Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumers in the United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable UK law.
