Shipping policy

Voyaras currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Some Voyaras products may be fulfilled by specialist supply partners. This can mean items from the same order arrive separately. We will provide tracking information where available.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch.

If an order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number. We will work with the delivery partner and put things right in line with your statutory rights.
